ABOUT DAICOS 35 SINGLE MALT WHISKY
Our journey begins with the finest Australian malted barley and water sourced from the underground aquifer. Expertly distilled in our 1200-litre Copper Pot Still, known as 'Pando,' then transferred to locally sourced shaven and charred American oak barrels, infusing a delightful peppery flavour. This is followed by further resting in Kentucky Bourbon barrels, where smooth fruity notes develop. Finally, returning back to American oak barrels, reaching the pinnacle of maturation.

TASTING NOTES
With its rich, oily texture and sweet fruitiness reminiscent of a Chelsea bun, this whisky promises a sublime tasting experience. The thick barley notes, further enriched by muscovado sugars, offer a luxurious depth of flavour. Following the initial sweetness, subtle hints of soft pecan and vanilla emerge, adding layers of complexity. This whisky sits very comfortably on the palate. A lovely weight and even better texture.
