36 Short Extra Dirty Martini
Ingredients:
60 ml 36 Short Original Gin
20 ml Dry Vermouth
1 tsp Sicilian Olive Brine
36 Short Extra Virgin Olive Oil (a few drops)
Sicilian Olives (for garnish or to snack on!)
Method:
Add gin, vermouth and Sicilian olive brine to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Finish with a few drops of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve with a side of Sicilian olives.
