
36 Short Hibiscus Gin Sour
Ingredients:
50 ml 36 Short Hibiscus Gin
15 ml Chambord
15 ml sugar syrup
Juice of 1 lemon
1 egg white (or 25ml aquafaba)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to build foam. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with fresh blackberries.
