Our award winning London-style dry gin is perfectly tailored with a balanced range of botanicals and hand-picked lemons from our farm. It features lifted floral notes that transition into a full-flavoured back palate. Pure class and incredibly smooth, it's perfect for a G&T or to compliment your Martini.

36 Short Extra Dirty Martini Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 60ml 36 Short Original Gin 
  • 20ml dry vermouth
  • 1 tsp Sicilian olive brine
  • A few drops of 36 Short Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sicilian olives, to garnish (or snack on!)

Method:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add gin, vermouth and olive brine.
  3. Shake well (or stir, if preferred for a smoother finish).
  4. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. 
  5. Drizzle a few drops of our EVOO over the top.
  6. Garnish with Sicilian olives on a pick - or serve on the side to snack.
