Our Plum Rakia is distilled from locally sourced ripe plums before being matured in premium ex-Cognac oak barrels. The result is a beautifully smooth and complex spirit that honours centuries-old Balkan distilling traditions while showcasing the quality and character of Australian-grown fruit.

The ex-Cognac barrels impart delicate notes of vanilla, toasted oak and gentle spice, perfectly complementing the rich stone fruit character of the plum. Layers of dried fruit, caramel and subtle floral aromas lead into a long, warming finish with exceptional balance and depth.

Whether enjoyed neat in a tulip glass, lightly chilled, or paired with a fine cheese board or dark chocolate, this is a spirit designed to be savoured.
