There’s something undeniably special about whisky straight from the barrel - richer aromas, deeper complexity, and a finish that lingers just a little longer. Now, that experience is yours to shape.

With this handcrafted 1.5L American Oak barrel, you take control of the aging process. Use the options below to choose from two of our distinct single malts - 40% or 45% ABV - and we’ll send you three bottles of your selected 36 Short whisky to fill, age, and taste as it slowly evolves.

What to Know 

• Each barrel is pre-conditioned for 3 months and ready to fill.
• Fill barrel with approximately 1.25L - do not overfill.
• Whisky flavour will change over time - becoming richer, rounder, and more complex.
• Never leave the barrel empty for extended periods, as this can cause leaks.
