Sour Cherry Spritz Recipe

- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add 50ml of 36 Short Sour Cherry Liqueur.
- Squeeze in 30ml of fresh lime juice.
- Top with 60ml of Prosecco.
- Add a splash of soda.
- Garnish with a cherry or fresh mint.

Sour Cherry Fizz

- In a shaker, add 60ml of 36 Short Sour Cherry Liqueur and 30ml fresh lemon juice.
   Shake well.
- Pour the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Garnish with a sour cherry on a cocktail stick.
