36 Short Rakia Manhattan
Ingredients:
50 mL 36 Short Gold Rakia
20 mL Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Maraschino Cherry (for garnish)
Method:
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the gold rakia, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters. Stir well until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
