Rakia New York Sazerac

36 Short Rakia New York Sazerac 

Ingredients:

60 mL 36 Short Rakia (No Anise)
20 mL Lemon Juice
30 mL Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
30mL Red Wine

Method:

Shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white. Then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a rocks or lowball glass. Slowly pour the red wine over a spoon, letting it float on top.
